John Cooper
Chairman
John was CEO and Managing Director of IPS Logistics Group from 2005 to 2011. In early 2006 he facilitated a management buyout of the group, transforming its strategic direction and operations, with impressive profitability and growth results.
John has held directorships in a range of industries, including infrastructure, transport/logistics, superannuation, trade, agribusiness, outsourcing services, correctional/security and justice support services, and specialist consultancy services.
Robin Hockins
Chief Executive Officer
Robin joined IPS in 2005 as its General Manager Operations & Development. He has been instrumental in the group's transformation from an agribusiness service provider to an integrated logistics operator servicing a broad range of industry sectors.

Abdul Gundru
CFO
A Certified Practicing Accountant, Abdul manages the group's administration and financial operations. In addition to working with IPS since its inception, he has a background in public practice, administration of a large dairy co-operative, and involvement in the cotton industry.
Peter Pike
General Manager Agribusiness & Development
Peter is one of the founders in the Queensland operations of IPS. His practical approach means that he understands first hand the daily operations of the company’s busiest development. Peter has worked in the shipping, grain and logistics business for over 30 years.

Branton O'Leary
Group Commercial Manager/ Company Secretary
Branton is a Chartered Accountant, and prior to joining IPS in 2006 he held a variety of senior roles in public practice firms. He was initially appointed to the position of Group Management Accountant, and is currently responsible for driving the commercial objectives of the organisation.
Colin Tobiasen
Logistics Manager Brisbane
"Making it happen" is Colin’s personal slogan. He relies on over three decades of industry experience to help him handle negotiations between exporters, shipping companies and service providers.

Annette Creedy
International Freight Manager
Annette has a strong sales background across the freight forwarding sector, and joined IPS in early 2011 to grow its freight business. She has over 25 years in the industry during which time she has worked in several different roles including branch manager and trade lane management positions.
Annette is a professional sales person with a proven track record and a strong client focus. She can help you with freight forwarding and customs broking services.
Adrian Minogue
General Manager - IPS Transport
Adrian has over 25 years experience in the transport & logistics industry. Adrian was the State Manager with a multi-national logistics organisation and more recently was responsible for national business development with a national linehaul and distribution company.
Adrian would be pleased to assist you in relation to providing practical and cost beneficial solutions to your transport and warehousing requirements.
John Dale
WA State Manager - IPS Transport
John has worked in the transport and logistics industry for over 30 years. He has held various senior positions including National Sales & Marketing Manager, as well as State Logistics Manager for an interstate road and rail on-forwarder.
John's wealth of experience in the industry is used to assist customers in meeting their needs.
